Through an insnely long (90 min) set of questions and logins/relogins/more relogins required by the proposed insurer, Anna was calm, composed, friendly and VERY professional. A pleasure to work with her, even though the end result proved, at least thusfar, to be no coverage offered. Anna is still working to try and find a solution and I look forward to her getting back to me.
