Joan is an excellent listener and has great customer service skills. She asked very detailed questions Gathering the information allowing her to provide the best product to me at a good price. I did not feel rushed and she allowed necessary time for me to provide answers as well as for her to ask questions. She was going to check and see if additional underwriting was necessary and will get back to me this coming Monday at the latest. She followed up asking the same question again but clarity.
