The issue I had was not Lawrence’s fault it lies with The rep from Banner life, I needed assistance with starting my policy with a payment and my screen was stuck on annually. When sought assistance I was told that I had to return to life quotes and she could help me no further however she removed my policy and said I refused and wanted to change which is untrue I only requested help in making my first payment. Lawrence has called me with the assured me he would help to the end
